We have several qualified steel erector company that we deal with on a daily basis. We can assist in finding a crew that can erect our building package at your location.

We do agricultural, commercial, institutional and residential metal building projects.  Depending on the complexity of the project, we could provide as much as engineered drawings needed for permitting (PEMB and some foundation design – depending on complexity), a steel building package to meet a specific customer’s needs, and a crew to erect the steel package on-site.   Or we could simply deliver a steel building package to your site with erection drawings for an independent crew to erect

We service the Southeast Region of the U.S.  –  Georgia, Florida, Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee.  Other locations could be discussed.

Upon purchase of building and depedning on project complexity we can assist in the design and installation of your concrete foundation. 

This depends on local ordinances and location i.e. county or city requirements that might need to be met. 

Our costs are job determinate. Each job is custom built and our salesman will walk you through options that will help determine your cost.
